Mail us in your non working K7000 chassis and neck board and we'll repair it, replace all electrolytic caps, reflow common problem areas, and ship it back to you. If the flyback is bad, there is an additional $35 charge to replace.
This is for the standard res monitor, not the medium res.
Please do not mail any cracked chassis or those with severe physical damage.
